While Odino Designs offers services specifically to-the-trade, we realize that not everyone is ready to bring in a designer, so we have curated a collection of some of our favorite items for you to compliment your own look.

We have partnered with SideDoor to help fulfill your order as well as handle the logistics and customer service for our online shop. You may contact them directly at SideDoor customer support for any questions or concerns about delivery and/or shipping damages.
We are unable to accept returns, cancellations or exchanges as items are ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturers. All sales are final unless product(s) is damaged in transit. Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If a product is damaged, take photographs of the packaging and product and contact SideDoor customer service. The SideDoor team will arrange for repair or for the manufacturer to send a new piece(s).
All of your order communications will come from SideDoor regarding where your items are in the process and when it ships. Individual items have an estimated availability time listed, so you'll have some idea prior to ordering. Most furniture is shipped via a local freight carrier. The freight carrier will call you when your furniture is ready for delivery and to schedule a delivery date.
There are two options for shipping & delivery, the first is ‘To Your Door / Threshold’. In these cases you may advise the delivery personnel as to whether you would like your delivery placed immediately inside your home, or left on your doorstep. Threshold delivery does not include placing products in specific rooms, assembly, or removal of original packaging. **Threshold delivery is included in the pricing shown.
The second option is ‘White Glove’ delivery, and is available at checkout for an additional charge. ‘White Glove’ delivery includes packaging removal, light assembly, and placement.
We recommend White Glove service for any large furniture items.
Oftentimes there are other colorways or finishes and sizes available. Please contact info@odinodesigns.com and we’ll check for what you are looking for and if it's available we'll add it to the shop and send you a link.
You should know, that by shopping with Odino Designs via SideDoor online for your quality furniture and décor, you are supporting our small business and our local interior design community. Pricing is never over the internet minimum advertised price that is set by the manufacturers, and includes shipping and handling fees. Happy shopping!
